Talented carers... we need you!

Many carers have talents and skills outside of their caring role.

We are looking for talented carers of all ages to take part in our 'Carers Have Talent' Show to be held in Carers Week 2014.

Do you have a talent?  For example, can you sing, dance or play a musical instrument?  You may do this alone or as part of a group or band.  Do you do stand up comedy or perform magic tricks?

Or perhaps you are an artist, poet or photographer?  We would like you to get involved too.
